After contacting a LOT of such companies for my mom's funeral arrangements, I was ready to give up... Everyone I reached out to dealt with the "negotiations" as a "my way or the highway"... No empathy, no willingness to listen to the customer, nothing... Until, I found the Hann Funeral Home and I had a chance to speak with John Hann, the owner.
