Over many years, my husband and I have built several homes. I have to say Stephen Hann was the easiest, most collaborative contractor to work with and did the best job-we now have a beautiful modern lake house that we love! I worked with Hann Builders to create a state-of-the-art golf teaching facility and social gathering space for our Members and it turned out fantastic. They were a pressure to work with and would recommend them to anyone.

The worst builder/remodeler ever. Horrible workmanship. No supervision of crews that have absolutely no experience and cause more damage than repair. Refuses to fix what was done incorrectly. Save yourself the trouble and use someone reputable instead.
