The inability to follow simple instructions and the improper mounting of my under tray resulted in +$300 under tray being destroyed. Service otherwise is quick and convenient.

Fast and no hassle. I've a customer there before and they already knew which oil to put in. They checked the filters and didn't try to upsell me on something that wasn't needed. Great service, priced fair.
Went there for an oil change last week. I explained that the undercarriage shield/cover needs to be removed and put back with zip ties (there were some left on the passenger seat for this reason). He said that was a common issue with my model of vehicle and that they have zip ties for that reason. I had complete confidence that he was capable and competent at his job.
