Went there for an oil change last week. I explained that the undercarriage shield/cover needs to be removed and put back with zip ties (there were some left on the passenger seat for this reason). He said that was a common issue with my model of vehicle and that they have zip ties for that reason. I had complete confidence that he was capable and competent at his job. The inability to follow simple instructions and the improper mounting of my under tray resulted in +$300 piece being destroyed. Take your vehicle elsewhere.
My first visit to Hanmer Quick Lube was excellent and I shall certainly return for my next oil change. Service was quick and efficient. The manager was very friendly and answered my questions with information about oil that I shall share with others. They used quality parts and oil and didn’t try to upsell me, like most big box centres, which I appreciated.
