From my initial contact with Rheynece, I found her to be so easy to deal with, I had a lot of questions and a lot of unknowns which she offered to retrieve information required from other previously used Vets, discuss requirements with the surgeons and advise me of the outcomes to prepare for a spaying surgery for my 2 girls. I've been to Hanly Vet many times over the years and I've always come away feeling like I'd done the right thing by my pets. In recent months due to the extent of injuries to my dog, multiple visits were necessary for surgery and regular checks to monitor his progress, redress wounds etc. Regardless of who I interacted with, be it support staff, management or the various vets I always felt that they were genuine in their care for the pets being brought in and their owners.
