We recently bought a property in Toowoomba which is 1.5 hours from us. We couldn't get out there to address roof leaks that we were told (and saw evidence of) in one of the bedrooms. We were 1 day out from a cyclone and Mitch went out there and patched it for us to mitigate it. A good egg, and very kind. And the cheapest bill ever from a plumber.
