This time one year ago i was recovering from my 20th surgery. Low back surgery. I have been coming to Mike for six months and i feel the best i felt in years. Back, hip and piriformis pain are gone. Mike’s workouts are exactly tailored for me. I am very thankful for his care and expertise. I would not be where i am today without Mike. He’s given me hope and a positive outlook for the future. Just a few months ago I was barely doing 5 pushups on an incline assisted with a bench and now I am knocking out 20 on the floor and feeling great. My body is stronger, more flexible, and has more energy than I have had in several years and I truly look forward to every class! Great gym! I am on the CrossFit team at West Point and Hanley Strength has all the equipment I need to stay in shape when I’m home on break. Everyone is also super kind and welcoming.
