If I could leave a negative review, I would. Very irresponsible and uncaring towards patients. Made my appointment one month in advance, they confirmed my appointment 2 days prior to the actual appt and on the day before, at 5 pm they call to cancel because they don't take my insurance anymore. Now, I am out of my hypothyroidism medicine because of their mistake. This type of mistake should not happen. Do not go to this doctor.
Great doctor
After seeing many doctors, Dr. Hanley is the best! My wife has gone to him for 20 years, and she is picky, but she thinks he is great! He has the best combination of listening and medical knowledge. He really cares.
Don't even bother selecting Dr. Hanley as your primary care physician. It doesn't matter if your insurance says he's available, his office will absolutely refuse to see new patients. Save your self the time and the hassle and find yourself a different doctor who actually cares.
