Orthodontist retired and promptly disappeared, taking with him all of the money paid out. My son’s treatment was only half finished so he started going to a new orthodontist office that stepped in to treat the remaining patients. But now we’re being told we need to pay for the other half of the work. $5,000 more? Ouch. Hanley should be arrested and charged with fraud and medical malpractice.
If anyone at Hanley or Good Neighbors reads this... your phone messages are disconnected. My son is your patient and he needs to be seen. No other orthodontist will see him until you take his braces off. Please return your patients messages... or just close at this point... this is horrible.
This place is now listed (or not listed because you can’t actually find any website or information on this business online) as Good Neighbor Dental. Worst experience I have ever had professionally and personally. They do not have an orthodontist on staff. He left without ever notifying patients. That was over a year ago. They only treat patients two times per month with an outside orthodontist who was never introduced to patients. There have been many complaints about his poor quality of work including my son.
