Cannot fault this garage. My car was towed to them this morning after the clutch burnt out on the A500. It was fixed and ready to drive home by teatime the same day, they'd even washed it and replaced my headlamp bulb for no extra charge. Everyone was really nice and friendly, fantastic service and fair pricing. I will definitely use again
Myself and Mrs travelled from Northern Ireland to buy a car of Hanley motor company. Dale is a super guy. We bought a Mercedes e class. The car is perfectly as it was described. Fist class customer service and a good coffee from Dale. Will be back when the Mrs is looking to change her car. Cheers Dale.
I WAS MISLEAD AND WRONGFULLY CHARGED. I bought a new car and wanted to have it checked to make sure everything was okay. I was told it would cost £65 for an hour to have the car checked but upon arriving to collect my car today and make payment I was told there was an added vat of £13 that had not been mentioned. Dale who was the person I met did not inform me of the excluded Vat and Sarah was present. Today she claimed she was not present when this was discussed and did not even apologize or show empathy.
