Any company that hires this agency has very little chance of collecting their money. As others have stated they are extremely rude and abrasive. It’s almost as if they don’t want to collect the debt. If you need to collect outstanding debts do not rely on these people to help you.

SCAM DO NOT PAY ANYTHING, ASK FOR PROOF
Isidra Quinones is very unprofessional. Had insurance policy go to collections due to fault of insurance and I called in just to get more info on exactly what they needed from me. She got very rude and absolutely was not interested in working with me. She didn’t have any idea what it was even for and didn’t want admit it. Spoke with a different person and huge difference.
