After a delay due to “quality issues”, I received back my sunnies bent, with loose hinges and shattered original polarised lenses. I asked for a refund, and was told that “misalignment is something that can sometimes happen, especially with older or well-worn frames”. Hilarious, as if I don’t know how my own sunnies felt before I sent them in. Anyway.
