I’ve never felt so let down by an eyewear service 😥. I paid almost $400 to Lenswap and was left with glasses I simply cannot use! 1. My original spherical lenses were swapped for aspheric without consultation, despite me clearly requesting spherical for the remake. They ignored my request claiming to know better?! Average service. A long time to send the glasses. They don't even let you call them, but you must speak to a bot.
Excellent service and product all done online, highly recommend for this alone. The only downside for me is due to the coding used in thier invoices, the private health refund is much lower compared to other services i've used.
