DO NOT COME HERE! YOUR CAR IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE WORSE OFF AFTER SERVICE! I took my car for a transmission fluid change as normal maintenance which was $450. Right after the service, my car's transmission started juddering and slipping. I saw on the service notes they added transmission fluid conditioner and the owner's manual from Nissan strictly says DO NOT MIX transmission fluid with other fluids or your warranty will be voided. Avoid this service department!! They prioritize profit over honest diagnostics. I will never return and will never purchase another Nissan based on this experience. I brought my 2022 Nissan Sentra here for specific sensor errors (lane departure/collision sensors) and mechanical symptoms including a steering pull and tire scrubbing. My experience was a masterclass in predatory service practices and technical incompetence. Do not come here unless you like getting ripped off. I had my mother bring in her car for a diagnostic, and they quoted her $250. When I went to pick up her car, they said the new charge was $450. It was $450 for a diagnostic, no repairs! It’s not right and I’ll let everyone I know never to shop with any Han Lee shop. They scammed us and I will never be back. They also had the nerve to try and sell us a car.
