Do not come here unless you like getting ripped off. I had my mother bring in her car for a diagnostic, and they quoted her $250. When I went to pick up her car, they said the new charge was $450. It was $450 for a diagnostic, no repairs! It’s not right and I’ll let everyone I know never to shop with any Han Lee shop. They scammed us and I will never be back. They also had the nerve to try and sell us a car.
Muy mal acabo de llevar mi carro supuestamente le Cambiarían discos y frenos de frente y d atrás y solo le cambiaron d enfrente. los discos y frenos y los d atrás solo los frenos le pusieron y me cobraron lo mismo .fui a decirles y me dijeron q cobraban mucho por el trabajo y q ese era el precio. Por supuesto q no regreso ahi. Gary se llama quien me atendió.esta persona miente diciendo un precio por algo que no hacen tendrían que haberme hecho un descuento por no poner nuevos rotores y no lo hicieron. Eso es un robo para mi.
I left the car at 9am on Friday to fix a piece that they didn't put right, and to change the tires, they told me that everything would be ready that day. Then they called me to tell me that it would be ready on Saturday, no one called me to say what was happening, I had to call and realize that no one worked that day and that they had no information about my car, I was without a car Friday, Saturday and Sunday until Monday I had to go personally to claim my car, so I lost 2 days of work, renting a car. there is no responsibi... read more
