Arrived 10 mins early for my 8AM service appointment. I was very clear when I booked the appointment that I would be coming in for suspension service for bad leaf spring assembly on my new 2025 Silverado 1500. The service center opened late. No one greeted me or brought me inside to start my appointment, or even indicated that the business had opened. I walked inside to the service desk and was asked why I was there. After explaining my issue, was simply told that they wouldn't help me because they had "bigger" jobs to work ... read more
