This business is no longer in operation and I've been told that Hank has disappeared.
This has been an experience nightmares are made of. I didn't have any problems with communication with Hank Padilla before I gave him a $1000 deposit and my exhaust headers for modification in March of 2022.. After April 8th 2022 .... crickets. I have left voicemails, sent emails and have stopped by his shop on 3 occasions, he is never there. Have taken multiple vehicles to Hank and have always been very pleased with the work. Hank cares about his customers and is flexible with scheduling and makes sure you are taken care of.
I odered an exhaust for my 955 Porsche Cayenne TT and installed it. It was well designed and a good fit and I like the sound. It was an easy HP boost for the money and effort. Hank was helpful. Five stars. FF a year, and I ordered and paid for a cold air intake for the same vehicle. I received an automated receipt. Nothing happened. I got no responses to my emails, no answer to my phone calls, no reply to my phone messages. I'm not in Colorado so I can't go to the shop. It's been 9 months. WHAT THE HECK???
Spent 3500 for exhaust work that should have cost 1/3 of that. He did poor work and damaged other parts on the car during installation. The worst part is I have a huge exhaust leak and Hank lacks the character to call me back to fix the issue.
