Spent nearly $15k on a new sled and agreed with Sales Jason to have 6 in. Dually carbides installed. Found after my first ride the dealer installed 4 in. carbides instead and never discussed it with me. I called and left a message the next day for Sales Rep. Jason who did not have the decency to return my call and address the issue. Made the mistake to reach out to the "manager" Tim 2 days later to again try to resolve this issue. Thief and a crook, worst service you can get. Payed over 4000 dollars to get motor rebuilt.lasted 3 months before fail. First refused to fix, eventually took back to fix and accidentally ran my bike over with Bob cat to avoid the possibility that I I prove he never fixed anything to start with. Real loser.
I purchased a 2014 Street Glide April 9, 2021.I would not buy anything from them again. I paid cash that ended up being a big frigging deal. It took 6 hrs. To get it done. Salesman Joe had an attitude & was sarcastic. When finalizing the deal I asked Tim if the bike had been serviced. We recently purchased a used Yamaha Wolverine from Hanksters. Hank was great to do business with, he promptly answered our questions and was very knowledgeable about the unit we purchase. We will definitely do business with him again. Great up front pricing with no stupid gimics and extra fees tacked on at the end like so many other dealerships do. It was an overall great experience and I definitely recommend Hanksters to anyone in the power sports market.
