Don't use them !! They take no accountability for mistakes they make at all !! No apology nothing! Hank said you signed it , is that not your signature? Wth! I trust you with my taxes because I don't know nothing about it ! That's why we come to a tax professional! Duh . Hank doesn't know the tax laws at all & we the innocent gotta pay for it ! And he blamed it on me because I signed it!
PLEASE BEWARE I have filed my federal and State income taxes with Hanks Tax Services since 2020 with the exception of 2023. I went in today to have my 2024 taxes prepared by Sam. While Sam was entering/preparing my 2024 taxes he discovered a HUGE mistake on my 2022 taxes which were prepared by the Owner Hank himself! I submitted my rental income to Hank at the time of my tax preparation in 2023. Hank did not enter the amount I submitted for rental income.
