We Love Hanks Everything was very nice here! We visited hanks Smokehouse 5-6 times while our daughter was attending JMU and we loved it!-Marty R.
GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Everything was great! The service was impeccable and the food was delicious! Its great to know theres a good restaurant in Mc Gaheysville with good food selection, good prices and good people. We really enjoyed ourselves, cant wait to go back! -T.
Barbara Waited over 30 minutes for a table for a party of 5 only to be put at a table for four. Service was poor, food OK. Spoke to manager about seating arrangement. He was not helpful. 80 year old mother sat with a bread plate on her lap because there was no room . Waiter never came back to offer refills on drinks or to bring cream for coffee when asked for
