Purchased a new Landmaster EV UTV and drove 6 hours to pick it up from Hank's. We test drove it, paperwork was ready to go when we got there, we had help loading. Everything went smooth. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Definitely worth the drive!!

Well I wish there was a zero stars because that's what Hank's power and equipment deserves The lady that claims to be the owner is very bitter and very unknowledgable how to run a business especially one that charges $230 to service a mower get it together
Completely unprofessional! From the lady who answered the phone forgot to the technician that serviced and repaired my zero-turn. My fiancee requested the technician call him to go over what was done, no call back. He then reached out again and the office lady admitted to forgetting to have the technician call my fiancee back. Long story short, my fiancee had to call back in on the 4th day to catch the technician and find out what was done. Very unprofessional, we will not be using your services again.
