We bought $6000 worth of furniture 14 months ago and a cushion on a sectional has went down, appears to be something wrong with the spring but not sure, but it sets lopsided. I paid $500 for their Guardian Insurance and they do not answer the phone. I filed a claim online and 15 days later I have heard nothing.
