My husband had a stoke last year. He had always worked out before. He decided he wanted a smaller gym and we had heard about Hank’s for years. From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, helpful and vested in their health.There are machines and free weights along with cardio. My husband uses an upright walker and everyone is always offering a hand and helping him if needed. The trainers are all friendly and knowledgeable. We are so happy to be members at Hank’s and we would highly recommend this gym to anyone!!

Hanks Gym is like a second home. I’ve been a member for over a year now, having switched to Hanks after growing tired of the BS that occurs in large commercial gyms. The members and trainers here take their health seriously, but it still maintains a light hearted supportive atmosphere. As someone who approaches their training with intention this has become my favorite gym I’ve ever attended. PLUS they have resident cats. You must pay the kitty tax when arriving / leaving. What more could you want.
