I been coming here for 5 months and I love it. It's family owned and operated which sets us apart from the rest
Had my first workout session here and the vibes were amazing the lady at the front desk Antonia was polite and very helpful looking forward to having more workouts here.
This place is very special. If you're into bodybuilding or just lifting weights in general you will know exactly what I mean as soon as you enter. Very special indeed. I hope this place never changes. You cant find places like these anymore. Truly a gem. Please dont ruin the magic, and thank you for being open on Christmas day. Restrooms/showers are very clean as well.
