As a strength coach and business owner traveling from NJ, I put a good amount of time figuring out where I was going to workout during my week in Houston. I work and train in the private sector and crowded commercial gyms are not my favorite. Hank’s stood out to me based on the hometown feel it depicted online. I’ve been coming here for 3 years. I started out as a scrawny, shy baseball player and through the gym environment, trainers, and community and have grown tremendously but strength-wise and confidence. I have become much better at pitching and learned how to master the mental game. There is no better gym.
Best gym I’ve ever been to. Worth the membership!
