Hanks furniture as a company I believe is a great place to get furniture and the salesmen are very nice and helpful, but the manager (Scott Rankin) is a rude and obnoxious liar. On several different purchases scott said he was ordering furniture from his warehouse (in Arkansas) to be delivered, but in reality he took damaged/repaired items off his sales floor and wrapped it up to look new and be sold at full price. VERY FRUSTRATED. We ordered a sectional and waited 10 weeks to only get half of it. Its been 3 weeks and STILL have not received the other half and cannot get a answer on when it will be here. how do they NOT KNOW where it is? Shouldn't there be tracking on it??? WILL NEVER BUY FROM HANKS AGAIN!!!!!!!
Terrible Customer Service! i just left without a single person ever even greeting us. 8 people working and only 2 other customers in the entire store. one person got to speak to someone they worked there, us and the other gentlemen there got ignored completely. I'll never be back. the owners of Hank's should be appalled, the management should be embarrassed, and the staff should be replaced. This is completely unacceptable!
