Four months ago, we sent our brand new recliner back because the frame was bent. They ordered a part on the slowest Chinese ship that ever was, and we still don't have it. Management is unconcerned and unapologetic. Their only solution was to give us the 3-year-old floor model instead. We paid for a new model, that's what we want.
