Four months ago, we sent our brand new recliner back because the frame was bent. They ordered a part on the slowest Chinese ship that ever was, and we still don't have it. Management is unconcerned and unapologetic. Their only solution was to give us the 3-year-old floor model instead. We paid for a new model, that's what we want. I mean, I wouldn't mind borrowing it, then switching them back out, but that wasn't the offer. If they valued us as a customer, they might have worked at finding a solution. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! We will never do business with them again! I really hope others don't either. Beware of their scams!

I bought 2 reclining sofas in May 2024. One was leaning when delivered and the other one the recliners quit working. I bought the warranty so I called to see about having them repaired and nothing has been done yet. The salesman Arthur was nice but when dealing with Heather the manager it has been a nightmare. Think twice about buying from Hank's. Customer service and quality of furniture I bought is poor.

We bought $6000 worth of furniture 14 months ago and a cushion on a sectional has went down, appears to be something wrong with the spring but not sure, but it sets lopsided. I paid $500 for their Guardian Insurance and they do not answer the phone. I filed a claim online and 15 days later I have heard nothing. I contacted the Rogers store and a person named Lelas answered the phone and was very rude and told me they can do nothing about it, however the corporate store saw where I did file a claim and said to wait awhile ... read more

I bought a recliner from Hanks Furniture in Jan. 2021. I purchased an extended warranty for the recliner and after 16 months the colors on the leather weren't there anymore. I waited because of covid for over two months to get the product even though the manager told us 2 weeks. We keep all our furniture covered with a breathable cover and when we took the cover of there was several spots with no color. We talked with a couple of furniture repair companies and they stated that it was caused by improper preparation. It... read more

*****BUYER BEWARE***** Do NOT do business with these folks. Very misleading and manipulative and they DO NOT stand behind their products. In 2019 I spent approx 9k on new furniture from them. The salesperson was eager to please and VERY eager to sell us a warranty. 3 of the pieces we purchased were a couch, loveseat and ottoman. I bought a couch and ottoman about a year and a half ago. One of my friends warned me not to buy from Hank's because all they care about is the sale and will not assist you if you have any issues with your furniture. I wish I would have listened to him. Just over one year after we bought our couch, one of the cushions developed a tear in the seam. EXTREMELY disappointing... We were so excited to go shopping for our new home. We purchased a sectional, two bedroom sets and other misc. pieces in store. The salesman was kind...but not very bright. We were overcharged by over $600 for a warranty?!? Okay, just wait for it to go back. No problem. But wait! Then the sectional we ordered (and were told "congratulations!
