We are a small, locally owned business (there really Is a Hank), and our cheesecakes are hand-crafted by a team of talented people whose goal is to provide you "the best cheesecakes created this side of Heaven." Ruined my sister's wedding – BEWARE!!!!! My sister ordered her wedding cake from Hank's and it never showed up!!! So they had no wedding cake at their wedding. Their explanation: they didn't check the order sheet to get the day right, they were going to deliver it the next day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY UNRELIABLE. Unacceptable business practice. How do you mess up someone's once in a lifetime day? DO NOT ORDER YOUR WEDDING CAKE from them unless you want to take the chance of not having one at all!
Hank's has, by far, the best cheesecake I have ever had. I wasn't really much of a fan of cheesecake before I found Hank's. After having a slice of White Chocolate Raspberry at Mokabe's I literally sought out this wonderful bakery, and it is now the only dessert I buy. Fantastic! Keep up the great work!

Tastes As Good As Home Baked – Sometimes cheesecake from bakeries or restaurants can be dry, crumbled and not as tasty as home baked. Some times you don't taste the cream cheese or sour cream. I first tasted Hank's at the Missouri's Home Growers Show at the Missouri Botanical Garden. It was moist, not gooey. It was filled with taste. Better yet they had toppings to go with it.
