We broke down in Lindale on the way to our grandfather’s burial, and Hank’s took care of us right away. They got us in fast and diagnosed the problem and, when it turned into a multi-day repair, they loaned us their shuttle car so we could make it to the service and get back on time. That kind of care and compassion is rare. They treated us like family and we’re beyond grateful. Highly recommend

We broke down on our drive to New Orleans to celebrate a family member’s birthday, and they picked us up, towed our vehicle, dropped us off at a restaurant while waiting for it to be fixed, fixed it faster than anticipated, then picked us back up from the restaurant. They did amazing work. It was quick and took less than a day for the repairs to get done. Really appreciated keeping me up informed at every step of the process.
We had issues with our van and we were traveling so no way to wait for repair. Hank’s was polite, professional a worked us in and we were on the road with a few hours.
