Michelle was my sales representative and she was very pleasant and respectful, not in your face and gave us a wide range of options suiting my needs when choosing. Hankook motors provided me time to collect my money and even held the car for me when they could have let it go to another person. I purchased a 2016 Kia Optima from this dealership and was very satisfied with the helpfulness that they provided. It made my experience a lot better knowing they were there to help me if I had any questions or problems. They took their time and explained everything to me showing just how kind they truly are. HONEST and thoughtful business... Mr. Kim is very interested in insuring that his customers leave his business completely satisfied with their experience and outcome from their purchase.
