I have been coming to Hankook Tire Lynnwood for a couple of years and I can't be happier with the service. I've had oil changes, suspension work, brakes work, and tire rotation done. Jay and his team do a great job. I can always get an appointment at times that work for me and they're so reasonable. Jay does a great job explaining things as well, and I'm not a "car guy".
Called to buy four tires for my Tesla Model S. Guy answered and was rude from the jump, NO CUSTOMER service at all. I kept trying to be polite and this moron was just rude so I told him business must be good if you have a $1200-$2000 deal on the phone and you're acting like this! Would not recommend based solely on this smh
Very friendly and informative staff
Rude person over the phone, and overpriced for tire installation.
I had a wheel alignment done, but they did a very poor job. After their work, the car became unstable, and when driving straight, the steering wheel was turned to the right. I had to redo it at another place.
