Phenomenal knowledge and service
I have been coming to Hankook Tire Lynnwood for a couple of years and I can't be happier with the service. I've had oil changes, suspension work, brakes work, and tire rotation done. Jay and his team do a great job. I can always get an appointment at times that work for me and they're so reasonable. Jay does a great job explaining things as well, and I'm not a "car guy".
Called to buy four tires for my Tesla Model S. Guy answered and was rude from the jump, NO CUSTOMER service at all. I kept trying to be polite and this moron was just rude so I told him business must be good if you have a $1200-$2000 deal on the phone and you're acting like this! Would not recommend based solely on this smh
