Very homely feel. Food and service are always on point.
One of the servers at this restaurant was extremely disrespectful to my partner. She found very suspicious looking hairs in her take away soup, and called to have the issue fixed. Over the phone she was gas lit and told if she brought in a photo of the hair in the soup she could get a refund. When she went to go collect the refund, she was met by a woman who insulted and yelled at her instead of just making a simple refund.
