Great Doctor! Caring and informative. Always a pleasure to deal with. Have never had a prolong wait past my appointment time, maybe 15 min at most. Staff is equally as friendly, as in professional and have in my experience never been rude or short. Would recommend. Edit: after nearly a decade of seeing Dr Hankins and his wonderful staff it was announced he would be closing his practice after 21 years. One of the best doctors my husband has ever had and he has had quite a few.
My husband goes to this pain management, my husband went into the doctor today, to tell them it’s not helping, bc they dropped him down so far he been in severe pain for weeks. He went in today was honest with them, and the woman doctor was rude, and dropped him down even further, telling him to go get Tylenol. If he could take Tylenol for his injury he would instead of spending $300 a month at doctors! My mother was a patient of Dr. Hankins for years. We moved away and back in town again to live. The last two visits she saw the nurse practitioner. This nurse practitioner was very rude on her last appointment. I had plan to go into the office with her but she waited me to wait in the car. When my mom came out in tears I was very upset. The nurse practitioner had accused her of over taking pills and that they would not see her anymore.
