With all due respect. Real estate agents/brokers: If you want to get paid on time as you planned, choose another attorney. Hankin and pack asking you to have your broker in charge to sign wire form and then Broker in charge has to notarize that. And this lawyer asking you to do that VERY LAST MINUTE in writing via their strange system. Pretty much as unnoticable as possible, They dont tell you that in person at closing that you can not get your commision unless broker in charge sign something in front of the notary.
