I had a positive initial consultation and paid the consultation fee and retainer. Afterward, I was sent the firm’s engagement agreement and credit-card authorization form. I had concerns about several provisions, including language concerning settlement authority, disclosure of confidential information in the event of questioned capacity, and broad authorization to charge a stored credit card. I couldn't recommend Mrs. Hankey and all of the staff enough. They were super helpful in navigating my needs and keeping me informed and up to date with proceedings and all case matter.
