I had a positive initial consultation and paid the consultation fee and retainer. Afterward, I was sent the firm’s engagement agreement and credit-card authorization form. I had concerns about several provisions, including language concerning settlement authority, disclosure of confidential information in the event of questioned capacity, and broad authorization to charge a stored credit card. I couldn't recommend Mrs. Hankey and all of the staff enough. They were super helpful in navigating my needs and keeping me informed and up to date with proceedings and all case matter. I never felt rushed with questions and received responses in a timely manner. It meant a lot to feel well represented during this process. Thank you again!

My experience with Hankey law firm has been exemplary to date. Al information has been shared in a clear and immediate format using the Clio app. The firm was well represented on google and I felt good about the information listed there.
