My first cleaning there. Lena was my hygienist and she was very thorough and has great bedside manner.
Dr. Willis and his staff were great. Got me right in for a new patient appointment and set up with a treatment plan I couldn't be more excited about. Great 1st visit. If looking for a friendly office in the bonners ferry area give them a call.
I hadn’t been to Dr Willis in about five years, so I was pretty nervous walking in. But everyone here was so kind from start to finish! The receptionist was super welcoming, the nurse made me feel comfortable right away, and Dr. Willis was patient and very kind.
Dude is a wizard. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Upfront with cost and time. The numbing injections were on point with minimal effect to areas he was not working on. I could still feel most of my face after, but no pain during. The least unpleasant dental experience I have ever had.
