Oyster were good service was good
One star review despite the food being decent for one reason: They calculate tips post-tax instead of pre-tax. They even have the audacity to state this on your receipt. That doesn't make it okay. This is disgraceful and disingenuous. They suggest 20%, 22%, and 25% options but those aren't actually those percentages because of how they do this. More like 22%, 24%, and 27%, or whatever. Kay was great!
Hanks is always solid. Their oysters are very good - some of the best in Old Town. I went today and they had some from Maine which were excellent (as well as a solid selection from VA). Also had their HH chicken slider for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with the flavor and crunch of the chicken. The sauce had a nice kick to it too.
