Update: I got my package and WOW really amazing stuff. It showed time and care went into everything. I changed my rating to from 1 star to 2 stars because I do love the product. Just ordered a mystery box. I open it to see saline solution because the mascara is completely crusted. Then my blush brush is broke in half. Also an eye shadow is completely crusted. Nothing has original dates but this is old makeup. It’s not pigmented at all. The quality is poop!!! He really sells it but it’s the worst quality makeup I’ve ever received. I’m on a fixed income and I should have never splurged. It’s only on sale because it’s all old and defective. I feel scammed honestly.

I placed an order for brushes on Dec 3, 2025, and was given an expected delivery date of Dec 18, 2025. I tracked my order on Dec 12, and there was no movement, so I sent the first email and waited the 3 days per their website for someone to get back to me. No reply, on Dec 16th, another email was sent asking if the order would be delivered by Christmas, and again no reply.
