Edited to update: A few issues were not fixed (wobbly railing, stair looks unfinished) and a different segment of railing was not properly supported in the center so it is now completely falling apart. Really nice crew and great price... but not enough experience and not sufficient attention to detail (stickers left on board ends, steps show a rough edge instead of being finished with angles to prevent showing raw edges etc). Left big piles of concrete and general piles of debris from site work for a patio. Never came back ... read more
Gave him around $30,000 and he never finished the work. I also had to hire another contractor to finish and fix some major mistakes like some Nails and debris were left on my sub floor and the new floor installed right over top of them!?. The workers accidentally flooded my house by leaving the water main on when I had a leak from the demolition part. Trash thrown in my garage with no dumpster ordered. Beer bottles left on the job site and instead of working to correct he just disappeared and has moved on to the next sucker... read more
No stars - We paid over $60,000 for a basement renovation that was never completed. The project extended more than two months beyond the promised timeline. Communication was inconsistent and information provided about progress was repeatedly inaccurate. Workers delivered poor workmanship, and our basement was left in worse condition than when the project began. Follow up from previous review (should be 0 stars) - we came into our basement to all our flooring bubbled up. Every step the floor is suspended and not flush to the floor. We had to have another contractor come clean up this mess left from Muneer for the bathroom, plumbing, and electrical, and now we need to have all this flooring redone. HANINI DESTRUCTION
I would highly recommend Hanini Construction to anybody who is looking for any type of remodel work. They did a fantastic job!
