The staff is truly incredible, Ana the financial coordinator is such an amazing person, and Dr Hanigan is a true godsend! This is a place for all families whether young or grown! I've been with them for some time in the beginning I was with a different ortho but I came here and I was told that the last ortho was pulling my teeth forward and they have fixed that for me!
Be very careful if you choose Hanigan Johnson Orthodontics. They quoted me an one time pay in full payment for my treatment and assured me multiple times that this was the total cost after insurance before I signed the contract, and they told me they already verified with my insurance company for this amount, so I trusted them and I paid it in full upfront. We love Dr. Hanigan and his staff. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. They answer many questions and never make me feel bad for not understanding. Both of my teenage daughters always enjoy coming to their appointments. Dr. Hanigan always makes a point to ask them about Softball and takes the time to check in with them. I would recommend to anyone looking into braces.
Couldn't ask for a more friendly, understanding staff!! Super informative, multiple locations, and just a great experience all around for my family!!
