Everyone is nice here. No complaints. Most importantly the Doc is doing what he can to get me better, and communicates very well. Thank you Dr. El-Halawany and staff.
I had worked myself up for this procedure but it was not bad at all. From the check in person to all the staff that came in to set things up, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and very comforting. The doctor was informative and assuring. Next thing I know, I was waking up in recovery.
Everything was great and quick. Nice staff from the beginning to the end
