Placed a mobile order for pickup around 8:25 pm, ready in 15 minutes per the app. The food itself was okay. But when I went in around 8:40 and asked to add a milkshake since I'd forgotten a drink, I was told they were already closing, even though their posted closing time is 9 pm, so there were still 20 minutes left. I don't want to sound harsh, but it honestly felt bad to be turned away for one small add-on while the store was still open.
i couldn’t even order because it was already closed at 8:40 pm Saturday October 24th when it says it’s supposed to close at 9
