HRAH is fear-free certified and has a large staff fully dedicated to your pet's comfort and well-being. They are patient with nervous animals and humans alike, in 5 years I've never once felt like they were pushing something unnecessary, the doctors are knowledgeable, compassionate, and pragmatic, and every single staff member is there to assist with kindness. I can’t speak highly enough of the HRAH staff. Their certified fear free approach has been a game changer for all of our pets, even the ones who don’t mind going to the vet! That makes our experience as pet parents better too. They are honest and straightforward about cost and pricing. They’re accommodating to our pets’ needs and personalities. They have plenty of schedule availability. We’re moving away from the area soon and will miss HRAH!
