Very caring! I can't say enough about the time they spent making sure my dog was comfortable visiting for the first time. Took care of all our needs. So happy I found them! ❤️

Your team took care of Kahlua for the last 3 years. I was specifically looking for a fear-free certified clinic, and I found the perfect one. From the beginning with our Sunday visits to the office with Penny to the the last visit in September, you seemed to always know exactly what Kahlua needed. When I had questions about his health, you were always just a phone call away. Your card I received last week was so very much appreciated. Your patients are very lucky to have such a great team.
All around horrible customer service. I saw that they had great reviews, took my dog there and had a very unpleasant customer service experience. Then they respond to my review that they are having a hard time identifying me as a client, I am not a client because of your poor customer service. The response alone will tell you not to take your pet to this veterinarian. It makes sense they have 3.1 stars on indeed from people who had worked there. I will be taking both my animals elsewhere.
