Order received 15th October. 12 roses all droopy with some rotten petals and droopy leaves I had to pull off the rotten petals and chop off the leaves to make them look somewhat fresh again. I live 25 minutes away so should not have been related to the journey. Use of plastic wrapping is also not environmentally responsible.

The service is certainly speedy and I appreciated same day service. However, the bouquet which I organised from Melbourne was very disappointing. A few stems of Asiatic lilies, which are not expensive flowers, and only three roses for $85 plus delivery fee. I do not recommend this florist.

I cannot praise Hanging Basket florist enough. They came to my rescue previously when I used another florist to send a bouquet to my elderly aunt in Australia (I’m in Scotland) and the flowers were horrendous and not what was ordered. HB very promptly delivered another, beautifully presented and just what was required. Today, I contacted them as I had sent another bouquet that was to be delivered 24th April. Unfortunately, my aunt fell and was admitted to hospital that morning and cannot remember receiving flowers (she’s 96)... read more

I ordered baby basket and fruit basket for family member that lived near the florist. My order was delivered and purchased same day which was really good. As I live in Melbourne, Victoria I called shop if they could send me a picture of baskets once done and they did which I was very happy and appreciated it. Would highly recommend.
