Never again. Picked up shirts today and they randomly dry cleaned 7 of them at double the price of laundering. When I asked I was told it was because the tag said dry clan and they had to. When I pointed out that two shirts with identical laundry tags were done differently (1 laundered like and 1 dry cleaned) I was told I could have them laundered if I signed a release. Obviously not since they laundered most of them. Add to that all my dry cleaning being lost despite being dropped Off at the same time and I’m done. UPDATE:... read more

I had never been to Hangers up until now and I am quite satisfied with the service. I took half a dozen shirts or so to be cleaned, was given a quote, and told when to come pick them up. The price was very reasonable and the shirts look great. Overall I would recommend to anyone living nearby due to the convenience.

First time here!! It’s Truly Remarkable how Rude the two people working at Noon on Thursday Sept. 11th were. I literally believe that they could have expended less energy on just being decent It took extra effort to be as rude as they were. Their tone toward me sounded like they were scolding a dog. I asked a second time and they still didn’t say their first word to me... read more

It’s truly amazing how dysfunctional this location is! How can the credit card machine constantly be out of order ALL THE TIME! The vast majority of people have ceased carrying cash, opting instead to use credit/debit card or contactless payments like Apple or Google Pay. I won’t be visiting this location until management fixes this issue. In fact, I’d suggest no one come here until they do so. If a business can’t be expected to fix their payment system, how can they be trusted with cleaning your clothes?

I’ve attempted to utilize this Cleaners twice but the black lady has a terrible attitude. When I walked in I greeted her, but she simply said, “over here” directing me to a register. No, she did not greet the customer even after she was greeted. I wanted to do same day pick-up and the lady told me, “we not doing no special today period!” Just no customer service skills at all. Very unprofessional! Also, even if I couldn’t do same day pick-up why was it a 2 day turnaround when I was there to drop the items off in the morning?... read more
