I really like hangers clinic there services are very professional and very friendly staff very knowledgeable

During the initial phone call to set up my appointment I was told what was needed from my doctor. During my first visit I was giving a lecture as to what was needed from my doctor. My second and final cost I was again lectured on what they wanted from my doctor. When the biggest part of my appointment is all about what they need from my doctor for insurance purposes I got a little pissed. your staff needs work on working with taking better care of the costumer order it took me three one half months to get my shoes and I was the one who had to contact the insurance and I think I got 2 phone call them after I called the insurance and to hanger to let hanger know that the insurance did not get anything about the shoes
The staff is nice and helpful. Be warned that their prices are high if your insurance does not cover everything. But that is probably true for most places.
If I could give no stars I would. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting for orthotics that should have taken two weeks, and now it's been over eight weeks and I still do not have them. The office staff simply tells me they will call when the orthotics come in yet no one offered to check on it for me, I had to continually call for over a week and finally demand they check on them, that's when I found out that after seven weeks, they hadn't even been ordered. Don't use this company!
The whole staff is very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and understanding. They are willing to work with you to make sure you have a great prosthesis. Thank you!
