My love one (mother-in-law) visited this location, and I am not sure if it was because it was around lunch time or maybe just a bad day for the clinic. She stated it was a young Hispanic lady up front who had her head down in her phone, and once she looked up, she still did not acknowledge her. Once she spoke to the front desk staff, the young lady seemed not to see her appointment or time. Told her to give a moment to figure it out, and then proceeded to pick up her cell phone. I’ve had to leave a review on this place 3 times in one month, that’s just sad. They now are being really inconvenient now and rescheduled appointment for next week because supposedly the need Medicaid to authorize me to go pick up a thing THAT WAS ALREADY AUTHORIZED TO MAKE. Like I need a serious explanation on why u need Medicaid to authorize something that was already authorized to pick up. Will not be returning to this location.
Disappointing that I have to leave yet another review on this place 🤦 •I have an appointment to go to this Tuesday @10am to get my orthotics. Then the weekend before, they call and say “tHe ApPoInTmEnT iS cAnCeLeD bEcAuSe We ArE wAiTiNg FoR mEdIcAiD” Like this is nonsense because I already got the fitting and everything so what do you need Medicaid for??? I will be finding a place that is better than Hanger so I will stop traveling across Houston for a place like this
