Does anyone know of a clinic for Prosthetics and or Orthopedic where they value the patient and stand by their word and not alienate the patient to make due with two year old braces? Also if possible please provide information on how to file a formal complaint to the California Department of Public Health? I’m tired of taking days off work, and at times multiple days a month because my daughter’s braces brake and now a visit is required for repairs due to aging of the equipment. I have to say that the staff ( receptionists and everyone) has treated me with kindness & respect. They have answered my questions, & I have to say, from what I have heard, they treat everyone else the same also. Sadly, usually only the angry write reviews, so you've got to take that in sometimes. My doctor recommended them & I respect that opinion more than anything. Keep up the good work, and helping folks get back into society.
Everyone here is amazing and the most helpful. I truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication they provide towards their patients. Thank you
