I had a very upsetting experience with the Hanger Clinic on N Main Street in Orange. On September 30, 2026, I called Hanger’s Ontario location and was told that if my son came in for an evaluation and brace measurements, the brace order could be placed that day. I was also told that even one day of insurance coverage could allow the order to be submitted. The Orange location told me they would not order it that day. Also, a big thanks to Daniel and Rachel getting me to where I am today—your support means everything! I want to extend a sincere thank you to the front office staff for getting me in when I needed it. Everyone here is very helpful and knowledgeable in their profession. Does anyone know of a clinic for Prosthetics and or Orthopedic where they value the patient and stand by their word and not alienate the patient to make due with two year old braces? Also if possible please provide information on how to file a formal complaint to the California Department of Public Health? I’m tired of taking days off work, and at times multiple days a month because my daughter’s braces brake and now a visit is required for repairs due to aging of the equipment. Or just maybe the new ones that are a year old... read more
