I filled out a new patient online registration 4 days ago. No calls no email back. only to discover that information goes nowhere. That information is not used to create appointments and no one looks at it. If I had not called to follow up why they hadn’t contacted me I would’ve never discovered this. Waste of time and effort.
Allow me to say this, by far Marcello is one of the best doctors you’ll ever interact with, he’s very professional and understands your needs, and he’ll tell you everything you need to know about your condition…
Special thank you to Marcello he’s amazing and funny he always makes me feel welcomed and not afraid to be there
Back to school event was amazing.
