The new owners / managers or awful! Took our son it for a brace for his leg and they used the cast saw to cut the mold off. They pressed way too hard and not only cut through the cast and the silicone safety protector but also burnt / cut his leg and foot! Called their corporate office and filed an official complaint, the people in the trenton office have no business working with children. We will not be back nor can we suggest anyone do business there.
Received an appointment right away. Mary Easter, fitted my86 year old mother for a knee brace to fit her needs. Although, prescription for brace was written by mom's Orthopedic Dr. From North Kansas City, we were able to receive personal services so close, within 12 miles of home. We learned fro Mary why the brace chosen, was the best choice for mom. We learned the function & and what expectations mom should have.
