My doctor’s office had been reaching out to Hanger Clinic in Covina regarding setting me up for an AFO since August of 2024. After numerous communications were not responded to, an appointment was set up for December 24, 2024 with a delivery of the AFO anticipated in January. The day before my appointment, I received a call from Hanger Clinic stating that their documentation did not align with theirs and therefore my appointment had to be cancelled.
