I recently went to get something from hanger and Since I live about 1 hour away I asked if they could help me while I was in Centerpoint, NOPE I needed another app. So she ask for my script and when I went in today they couldn't find it. What did they do with it?
I called the office and they told me I don’t need an appointment that I could just walk in but when I got there the lady didn’t tell me that there sewing machine wasn’t working and it took over two hours for her to get it fixed and then she got my Velcro strap an inch to short she deserves two stars for being friendly and apologizing though I haven’t ever been to an orthopedic clinic that I was so disappointed with
Nobody told us when we walked in that an appointment would have been better. We waited over 30 minutes before we were informed it was a walk in clinic and that we would be taken care of when they had time. The girl that finally helped us with my night splits was very informative and friendly.
