Wonderful experience w both the office staff and Dr. Wiggins. My son had just moved to the area and had an emergency with his prosthesis. They got us in quickly and fixed things up for him as soon as possible. Grateful we found them
The clinic is hard to find. The new patient administrative process is simple and staff are polite and efficient . (The waiting area smells strongly of glue or some other substance used in their fabrication process. I would be concerned for anyone spending hours in this environment during the work week; prolonged exposure to the off-gassing of hydrocarbons (?) cannot be good.) I wanted to write a new and fair review. Kent Wiggins is the absolute best! He reviewed my initial review and went above and beyond to make the experience what it should have been from the beginning. Everyone has an off day so no hard feelings. Thank you all again, my daughter is using her brace and getting stronger each day!
I don’t want to write a negative review based off my experience with Lyn but she needs a refresher on professional, compassionate, and customer service. She came in and told me that the insurance wouldn’t cover my daughter’s full brace and I asked if they were considered out of network because my daughter’s ded and oopm are met. She took the paper and began to rush out of the room saying “I’ll print it off you again” I changed my tone based off of her actions (all in front of my daughter) and said well I work for the insuran... read more
