When you are there in person they are nice. It is the worst service that I have experienced in my life. Not good at answering phones ,returning calls, or even reaching out to you. I went for my 15 yr old sons knee brace because he was coming off a torn ACL and meniscus. They measured him for it and they rescheduled the appointment for him to try it on four different times and I couldn’t make it for the last time they said so I said I called and left a message to reschedule. For some reason Arnot uses this company and I can't understand why. The woman who made my orthotics was kind, but they rarely answer the phones, they made the wrong orthotic which literally caused me not to be able to walk. Owning the mistake, they advised they'd rush a new set in a few days.... been over a week and I have yet to receive a call. Terrible service. 0/10 recommend.
The only positive thing I can say, about Hanger Clinic is that the clinician, who did the casting was great, and had to lay down on the dirty floor to do it. However, it has been a horrific experience, with the rest of the clinic staff.I keep being told that Medicare will not except my physician’s request for a brace, due to receiving a cheap non-compliant prescription brace, years. If I could give no stars I would! My orthopedic doctor sent in a referral for elbow braces, I had no idea what kind. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment just to be told they don't prescribe those types of elbow braces and I can just buy them myself because they're cheap, she proceeded to show me some generic brace on Amazon on her laptop for $14. When in reality the ones I need are are $28! They could have called and told me way before my appointment but I guess they decided they were just going to get paid for wasting my ti... read more
